Terms and Conditions
Please read the following conditions carefully since they set out the terms and conditions of the contract between you and Europe Actually SARL.
Please note Europe Actually is an independant destination management company.
Europe Actually are separate from, and independent of, any flight booking.
Please note Europe Actually do not provide flights. Flights must be purchased separately and are available from airline websites.
A binding contract will come into force between us at the time we send out our confirmation email.
If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you it is your responsibility to inform Europe Actually as soon as possible:

3. Booking Confirmation and Confirmation Vouchers
Europe Actually vouchers will be provided for each booking segment. You must present your booking confirmation details to the relevant supplier (see detail on voucher) upon arrival as they are proof of pre-payment. It is your responsibility to check the confirmation and ensure that all of the details are correct.
Accommodation and activities will only be provided in accordance with the details in the confirmation. Where the details on the confirmation are not correct, you should contact us prior to travel at firstname.lastname@example.org
Your confirmation voucher(s) and invoice relating to your booking will be sent to your email address. You must ensure that this is a correct and valid email address. It is your responsibility to print out your voucher(s) and present it to the supplier(s) on arrival at your destination. You will be provided with a voucher per product you book.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHECK ALL DETAILS OF YOUR CONFIRMATION VOUCHER BEFORE LEAVING FOR YOUR BREAK. IF THERE ARE ANY INACCURACIES OR YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUERY PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
4. Booking terms
Upon receipt of our booking confirmation, your tour will be considered reserved and we will send you a secure bank link to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The remaining balance has to be paid at least 30 days before your departure date; otherwise your booking will be cancelled.
For every booking registered less than 30 days before your departure date, the total amount will be required.
5. Changes by You
If you wish to make a change to your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will endeavour to make the change, but this is subject to availability. Where the change is possible, you will be asked to pay an administration fee of 50 € per person per change and you will also be responsible for any charges imposed by suppliers of your arrangements as a result of the change. France A La Carte reserves the right not to make changes 7 days or less prior to travel.
6. Cancellation by You
If you cancel your booking, there will be cancellation charges.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, the person who made the booking must advise Europe Actually by e-mail : email@example.com
Europe Actually will refund the following amounts, based upon the date on which notification is received by Europe Actually:
• More than 55 days prior to departure – 70%
• 55 – 42 days prior to departure – 30%
• 41 – 29 days prior to departure – 20%
• 28 – 22 days prior to departure – 10%
• 21 – 01 days prior to departure – 0%
• Within 24 hours of departure and after commencement of the holiday – 0%
